Hi,
Today we going to learn how to take backup of Mails from MS Office 2007 and how to restore the mail.
How to take backup of mail:-
- Go to Control Panel and click on Mails,
- Click on Data Files...
- A wizard will open, select the file and click on Open Folder....
- copy the entire pst or objects and paste it to another location or drive.(Note make mark default pst)
- Now you take the backup of all mail.
How to restore the mails:-
- Go to Control Panel and click on Mails,
- Click on Data Files...
- A wizard will open, select the file and click on Add...
- Now select drive where take backup and select pst and click ok
- Now you restore the all mails...
