Some time it’s happen when we use internet suddenly internet
stop working, then you call your internet service engineer and wait when he
come and troubleshoot your system.
Well I’ve few step to follow these step you don’t need to
call your service engineer. You own troubleshoot your system quickly.
For troubleshoot just follow the step given below:-
Step 1: Click on
Start and Go to Run and type
“ncpa.cpl” and press ok.
A wizard will
open..
Step 2: Right Click
on Local Area Connection and go to properties
A Wizard will open..
Step 3: Click on
Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and click on Properties
Step 4: A wizard
will open..
Step 5: Check
following things..
1. Check IP
Address is give or not such as “192.168.0.2”
2. Check
Subnet mask is given or not such as “255.255.255.0”
3. Check Default
gateway If any, such as “192.168.0.1”
4. Check DNS
Server’s IP
5. Fill all
the require entry and then check connection is working, to check connection.
Click on Start and Go to Run and type “ping
192.168.0.1” and press ok.
If it’s reply then your system is connected to network if you
not getting reply than
try to restart your modem and try again and after that internet is not working then contact to your area isp or internet service engineer.
